Almameat’s R&D department works constantly to develop high-quality meat products, following a thorough scientific and technical research process in order to develop technology to obtain new products, materials and processes.

For this reason, the members of the Almameat R&D team spend part of their time studying the latest developments in the food industry in order to adapt them to our meat processes. In this way, we incorporate avant-garde techniques and technologies, and offer innovative products of the highest quality.

Research and Development for absolute quality control

Thanks to this know-how, we create successful new products for supermarkets and end consumers, guaranteeing food safety and without neglecting our commitment to the environment as a transversal value in our activity.

Research also allows us to discover new ingredients that we can include in our meat products, such as hamburger mixes, to offer new natural meat products to the market for fast, healthy consumption.

As a result, we are able to create new markets, modify existing processes to adapt them to current trends and needs, improve our current processes and develop new ones.
